We were so impressed with the level of customer service from Melbourne Garages. The office staff were so helpful in the planning stage of our shed and kept us up to date with the progress of our project. Having dealt with many trades through our business we were blown away with the level of professionalism from all the trades that came onto our site during the construction and commented regularly on how neat and tidy our property was after each individual trade was on site. I was very pleased the way the construction of the shed went, from the very beginning with planning, to permits through to the finished product. The communication from your office and contractors you provided was excellent, I was always in the loop step by step.

Once the quote was accepted, the job went fairly well. The only hiccup was the laserlite was delivered in fibre glass instead of polycarbonate, and was quickly rectified. Otherwise the job was professionally done, the staff and contractors were very pleasant to deal with. The was no pressure what so ever. Yours thankfully.
The whole process of getting a double carport was very easy and it was designed to suit the area selected allowing for 2 cars to fit. I like the design as it was made specifically for my requirements. Chris and Emma were also easy to deal with and kept me informed on a regular basis. The installer they chose "adam beard" did a great job who was professional, detailed and approachable. I fully recommend Melbourne Garages as a Fair Dinkum business.
